Personal Property, Probate Personal property from estates administered by the County are sold at auction about 10 times a year, normally on the second Saturday on the month, at a warehouse in the City of Industry.
Real Property, Probate (County) Real property from estates administered by the County are offered at auction about once a month, normally the third Saturday and Sunday, at the location of the site being sold.
Real Property, Public Works The Public Works Department provides descriptions and photos of surplus property it auctions.
Real Property, Treasurer-Tax Collector Properties that are tax defaulted for five years or more become subject to public auction. The public auctions are held twice a year, in February and August.
